Automating data processing and report generation to cut down time, improve accuracy and increase productivity

The client, Tas med is pharmaceutical company with the aim to bring differentiated and high-quality medicines for chronic problems. They have been strengthening their position in India and delivering their promise: Innovation, Creativity, Vision, Growth, Goal and Success for over two decades.
Description of Project:
The task at the hands of the software professionals of Infotonics Media was to make an API structure integration to fetch the data from their software and switch it to mobile app, so that analytical support may be generated over there.
Challenge:
- The client was still using an outdated software that couldn’t meet the demands of new-age performance effectively.
- The staff was spending hours for processing data blocks. They realized the same and acknowledging what needed to be done, accosted Infotonics Media to create an advanced analytical software.
- This case-study explains how Infotonics automated the process to bring the time down to under 30 mins.
Solution:
- The solution so designed by us first and foremost facilitated a single view of the data to be used for processing.
- We created an API structure in which more than 5000 data was fetched, uploaded to the system and automatic manipulation was done.
- Near about 150-200 entries were made at every API call, more than 10 tables were made for data entry and their interlinking was done.
- On the basis of this, automated analytical reports were generated.
- We also created a Record Builder module for them, which selects as to which field has to be selected for the record building.
Result:
The use of this automated API structure that Infotonics Media developed saved the company employees a lot of time and resources. This further helped the employees to invest more into their work and business rather than making sense of the burgeoning data by performing complex analysis work and creating comprehensive reports themselves.
